A beautiful dinner at home

Tonight was one of those nights where the light was absolutely perfect. We are lucky enough to have a nice porch to see the sky and partial views of the water. Pretty, pretty nice.


I'm waiting for this tree to start changing...

Tonight we made homemade ravioli filled with local corn, basil, Parmesan, and organic cauliflower. Topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. 


 

This is what it looked like when we started eating. What a tasty combination of sweet corn with the saltiness of the cheese. The pumpkin seeds made it taste like there was meat in the dish! Who said vegetarians can't have delicious food too?
